Medford Village is undergoing a renaissance with three award-winning restaurants, two craft beer breweries, and one amazing collection of shops for you to enjoy.

Now Medford Township, partnering with Destination Medford & the Medford Business Association, has invited some of the best mobile food trucks and vendors in the region to Medford's Main Street each Third Thursday for a culinary experience that should not be missed!

For Vendors

The following vendor information is provided for easy reference and access. All Food Truck activities are governed by Medford Township Ordinance 2018-14 and final authority rests with the Township regarding Vendor Applications.

Requirements to Participate

  • Completed Township Application Form (See Button Above)
  • Certificate of Insurance that meets the Requirements (See Packet)
  • Current County Health Department Certificate
  • Current Medford Township Food Handlers Permit
  • Daily Operating Fee of $20 (See Packet for Details)
  • Copy of Current New Jersey Sales Tax Certificate
  • Generator Specifications (if Required/Being Used)

Points to Remember for Vendors

  • Vendors must submit a complete application packet. Medford Township reviews and accepts or rejects applications and assigns spaces to vendors on Main Street at its sole discretion. Please note that in consideration of our local businesses, we cannot accept food trucks who sell the same or similar foods and beverages. We will review and make decisions about applications on a first-come first serve basis.
  • If your vending operation includes the use of any open flame or flame-producing device, a Township of Medford Fire Permit will also be required. Type 1 permit request must be filed and remitted directly to the Township of Medford Fire Division, with a copy submitted with an application.
  • For the event, vendors must be self-contained, and bring their own tables, chairs, tents and generators if needed.
  • NO electricity or water will be provided.

After your application to the Township is received and approved by them, you will be notified by mail about your opportunity to participate from Medford Township (not Destination Medford or the Medford Business Association).

Note that the Township Approval may include limiting the items you can sell and setting a specific location on Main Street. Any attempt to sell items that are not approved in advance may result in your ejection from Main Street without refunding your fee.
